OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 60 days of delivery and ship back to us within 90 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For custom orders, we don't accept returns but will exchange it for another piece until you are satisfied.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How It Works
Shipping Policies:
For embroidered pieces allow 1 week for your order to ship out.
For custom designs, you should get an email reaching out to confirm design within a week and then
stitching the design within a week. If you have ordered through us before and are not changing your design, we will start stitching out right away.
Every piece is very carefully to wrap to ensure that it arrives safe and sound.
We only ship USPS.
